Distillerie Bonvalet is a family-run distillery located in the Champagne region, focused on crafting spirits that express local raw materials and regional identity. The distillery works with distilled Champagne grapes as a base, applying traditional distillation techniques to preserve purity, texture, and aromatic precision. This grape distillate forms the foundation for a range of spirits, including a Champagne-region gin built on grape spirit and infused with carefully selected botanicals, as well as an organic mint liqueur made from French-grown mint. Each product is conceived as a direct reflection of Champagne’s terroir, emphasizing balance, clarity, and a sense of place over overt extraction or embellishment.
